Quick Start
Make your first API call and run a workflow in under 5 minutes.
Authentication
Register, verify your email, and get your access token.
Workflow Concepts
Understand how graphs, nodes, and edges define your automation logic.
API Reference
Full reference for every endpoint: auth, uploads, workflows, and runs.
How Flowmatic Works
Flowmatic automation pipelines are defined as directed graphs. Each node in the graph performs a specific operation — loading data, filtering rows, running an AI prompt, or sending emails. Nodes pass data to each other along edges.1
Create an account
Register with your email and password, then verify your email with a one-time OTP code.
2
Upload your data
Upload a CSV file to get an
uploadId. This becomes your data source inside workflows.3
Build a workflow
Define a graph with nodes (
TRIGGER, DATA_SOURCE, AI, FILTER, OUTPUT) and edges connecting them. Create it with a single POST request.4
Run and monitor
Trigger a run. It queues immediately and executes asynchronously. Poll for status as it moves from
PENDING → RUNNING → SUCCESS.Key Capabilities
AI Node
Use natural language prompts to process and filter your data with an LLM.
Filter Node
Apply rule-based expressions (e.g.
rating > 4) — no AI required.Output Node
Send templated emails to every row in your filtered dataset.
Async Runs
Workflows run asynchronously in a queue. Enqueue multiple runs and monitor them.
CSV Uploads
Upload any CSV as a reusable data source, referenced by
uploadId.Google Drive
Connect your Google account to source data directly from Drive.
All API requests must include a valid Bearer token in the
Authorization header. See Authentication to get started.
